    1. Do you mean the webinar?
The Reactivity Webinar happens weekly on Wednesday and Sunday at 3pm EST (USA time). The link for the webinar is here, and you can choose this week or the following week: https://my.demio.com/ref/83RZTzAOfmGB8W6e
If you register, you’ll get the recording via email after the webinar

    1. If you click the link in the email and go to the room (even though it hasnt started yet) it will give you a count down for your timezone, possibly based on IP address so check the timezone is what you’re expecting eg for Sydney Australia it is AEDT which is Aus Eastern Daylight savings time. hope this helps!

      1. Coming back for a top up. Your 5 Golden rules really helped bringing my pup up. He’s 9 now but hugely reactive if he sees a dog outside the car. No idea what to do as he goes into a zone which is hard to break.
Thanks for the opportunity to see your talk.

        1. You’re welcome!
Unfortunately I cannot respond to every training question however, if you sign up for the Complete Pack, there’s a forum within the program, which is the best place to post these questions. Our very experienced trainer Hayley will then give you a detailed response. Theres also a lot more training content within. You can get in touch with the help desk to find out more. Cheers Dan

  1. Hi. I’m looking forward to your webinar. I have a 9 month Dobermann that is driving us insane. She chews EVERYTHING in sight, piddles herself when you tell her to sit, she’s pulling the electric gates open to escape and wants to dominate the 2 small puppies by putting her mouth over their neck. This last behaviour is particularly distressing for me, as my last old darling Ted.E actually died this way, when his carotid was pierced. He died in my arms. Very traumatic.
I am desperate for help, otherwise, sadly, we will need to rehome Xena.

    1. Apologies, our server had some technical issues with the last webinar. The Reactivity Webinar happens weekly on Wednesday and Sunday at 3pm EST (USA time). The link for the webinar is here, and you can choose this week or the following week: https://my.demio.com/ref/83RZTzAOfmGB8W6e

  3. Hello, I can’t wait to watch your live training about reactivity. My dog suddenly become reactive to other dog but he is friendly with people. He was never reactive before until we limit his socialisation due to his weak hind leg and mild arthritis. I have talked to other trainer and all they said is I need to re-engage him again to all the things he used to do before.

    1. I was unfortunately never let in on the webinar. I received a message saying the webinar had not started yet and I would be redirected to the webinar when it started. After 46 minutes, gave up sadly. Was really looking forward to seeing this webinar.

  5. Hi doggy dan i have 1year old dachshund he has had fear anxiety from 8weeks old, hes on meds from the vet they are doing some good but not enough as he can become aggressive at times and tryies to bite i am looking forward to seeing you on ur video thanks

      1. May i please watch via a recording also? Will you please email the recording to me please? I have an appt on Wed at 2pm and won’t be done in time to watch.

  6. Hi Dan. I’m looking forward to attending your first webinar on Thursday. I have a 4 year old cocker spaniel/Jack Russel cross. Her recall is brilliant and she loves chasing balls and in most senses is great. Our problems are if other dogs approach her. I run with her and this morning a laborador came bounding up to her which triggered her into fight mode. She’s never bitten anyone or another dog, but is definitely aggressive in these situations.

  7. A big 8 month old Flatcoat who is doing really well, BUT gets hyper excited when he sees another dog and lunges towards them trying to get to them to play. All impulse control goes out the window. I’ve been walking where there are other dogs far enough away to keep things calm and under threshold and gradually decreasing the distance, but if we come on one unexpectedly, or in a group class situation he just leaps and lunges. No aggression at all, tail wagging furiously, just super excited.

Also, I highly recommend using a front-clip harness such as the Easy-Walk.

… however, the main thing is to understand WHY your dog is not relaxed out on a walk. Very often this is to do with them being stressed because of the role that they are playing. When you are able to communicate to them that they can switch off and relax, everything changes and is a lot easier.

  8. Hi Doggy Dan,
I may be a bit late to the 1st session, which is Friday 6am, EST Australia.
I pray this will help with our over active, naughty Doberman. She is 8 months old & actively looks for mischief. She has just started to rip washing off the clothesline & gnaw holes in them.
She has lots of toys, but is obsessed with fetching the ball.
    The frustration is real.

  9. I have a big GSD who is 5 years old and who constantly challenges every day. I win the battles but every day it’s a reset: are you in charge or am I? He is on patrol when with me (guarding) but my partner says when I’m out he chills and relaxes: different dog. Reactive on walks -esp to other dogs. Have been doing the dog calming code and get that I have to be in charge, and am – but it’s a huge daily effort! Would LOVE to solve this!

    1. Sounds like he’s not convinced yet. How long have you been implementing the 5 rules? Are you doing ALL of the 100% and with the right energy?

      1. Being UK based, my Webinar is scheduled for Thursday at 8pm however I’m not sure I’m going to be back from work in time. Is there link where I can view the first Webinar in your series?

Really love your work by the way and have successfully used many of your methods.

  10. I have to drag him down the street, but, he’s getting better 50% of the time. He’s 9 weeks and chews everything,my hair, my fingers

  11. Not really sure how to get this. I registered but don’t have Chrome. I’m in N.W. Florida and wanted to watch the 3:00 one.

  12. Good afternoon I have registered for your webinar on Friday. I am really hoping it helps with my reactive puppy. She runs at people who walk past, cars and when people come round who she doesn’t know it’s a nightmare. She growls, barks but has never bitten. I’m at my wits end. I want to be able to take her on walks etc without the nightmare of her reaction.
She is absolutely wonderful with family.

  13. We have a 3yr old rescue black lab. He was a big boy, 40kg when we got him in June but now he’s 32kg, which the Vet is happy with. He is well behaved and a big softy. He is still puppy like. His recall is “ok” but his big problem is pulling on the lead because he was rarely walked. I dread taking him out as he is very strong! It makes me very sad.

  14. Hi!
I am praying to God that I can learn from this webinar. Our 18 month old St. Bernard is a good boy until my husband comes home. Bernie will jump and nip and draw blood once or twice a day. He’s learned that if he bites us or our clothes that we redirect with playing and he gets what he wants. Problem is it happens over and over and my husband gets angry and then I have to break it up. We are in the process of rehoming. I know it’s our fault but I don’t know how to fix it to keep my husband / us safe.
    We love him.

    1. The most important step in correcting this behaviour is to understand WHY your dog is behaving this way. Very often this is to do with them thinking they are more important than they actually are – hence (in the dog way) “telling off” the human who tries to correct them. When you are able to communicate to them that they can switch off and relax because the humans are in charge, everything changes and becomes a lot easier.

  15. Sorry I can’t make webinar this Thursday at 3pm UK time.

Can you please keep me informed re: further sessions. I am very interested.

  16. Il’m really impressed! I have 2 dogs (one 5 1/2 yr somewhat trained by traditional method) & the otherone is 1 1/2 yr who I think will catch on fast. Both are Shih Tzus. I realize some of the things I’ve been doing wrong & am eager to implement the new ways. Thank you so much!!
I assume the free videos will come in an email?

  17. The only problem I have is when I have to leave her alone in her kennel. I’ve tried pills from the vet and CBD oil and nothing keeps her from barking constantly while I’m gone

  18. Looking forward to watching this as we have a young pit/ cattle dog with a lot of energy and bad manners, jumping up often, occasionally playful nipping
