1. ELIGIBILITY
This contest (the “Chaos to Calm $5K Challenge”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Online Dog Trainer (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to win.
2. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries open on August 22, 2025, and close at 11:59pm EST on August 29, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Any entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
3. HOW TO ENTER

4. VIDEO USAGE RIGHTS
By submitting your videos, you grant The Online Dog Trainer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and adapt your videos for promotional purposes. Your content may be used across our website, email marketing, advertising, social media, or future promotions.
5. PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded from Tango as follows:

9. DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions or submits false, misleading, offensive, or incomplete entries.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Online Dog Trainer is not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, or any issues arising from internet connection problems. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or prize fulfillment.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
